Tell us a bit about Designgraphik:

Experimentation I started for expressing the abstract ideas and thoughts in side my mind that I see on a daily basis of flow.

What do you hope to achieve with the site:
To let out those things inside of my mind onto a digital platform for other people, to see and observe and compare to their thought process also.

That Attik/Vir2l jagged 3D look is all over the net lately, do you think there is too much of it or is there still room to develop the style more:
I think if you are looking for it, then yeah it’s everywhere. I think many times we consider it everywhere, when in all actuality only 5 people are doing it the right way, and 50 others are doing a very bad imitation of it and not on their own original scale or touch. Of course, there is always room development and improvement.

Also I think to many people are always so fast to jump on a bandwagon when it comes to blaming everyone of doing something just for the sake of trying to make others look bad.

One of your other projects Submethod is already gaining huge respect after only being online a little while, what is Submethod all about:

It is 4 different art forms working together to create and express meaningful subject matters in an interactive and non-interactive manner online.

Who are the main people behind Submethod and who does most of the work:
We are all a team, that concept together and create the content. The main people are all the people involved.
Nineteen Point Five Collective is the audio group that does all the audio on the site (also the audio for my cover design for DIK) and helped us to win an award at Flash Forward 2000 New York for best audio flash site. They are outstanding and amazing to work with.

Stanley Wolukau-Wanambwa , or know as also MDR D77, is the writer behind Submethod. Without him, we would loose a lot expression through writing on the artistic level and when presenting the right subject matter and a well educational presence .He is my right hand man who makes sure things get finished smoothly and sound right when expressed.
Sean Foyle is the 3d artist behind the site and also the co-founder of the site with me from day one.

I am the guy who puts it together, and designs the site.

You work with some mad designers like Mr Gmunk and J Ruddy from Vtwin labs at Vir2l, how does this affect your designs:

It makes me the artist I am today. The whole vir2l team makes my style, my confidence, and ability to keep trying harder as an artist. Without them I would be only a fraction of the artist I am today, and work would be super boring.

Apart from the guys you work with who are your main inspirations:

Early on was David Carson, his work showed me what design was all about and still does. After that I started to see the web and then it wasn’t really one artist, but yet the whole scene exploding, and that made me want to be apart of the culture and go off. Most my influences now do not really come from other designers, but yet from more abstract objects.

Remove the internet from your life what other methods would you use to create your world:

My sketch book which is always a main key, and id just start painting again.

What do you know about Australian design/designers:

Two bananas, not one.
